The Sloppy Pelican Restaurant offers $1,000 prize to the song writer with the best song about the state of Florida.
- The song must be written in 2009.
- Before November 1, 2009, song writers must send a CD with their song to The Sloppy Pelican Restaurant.
- Judges will select the best songs and invite song writers to compete at The Sloppy Pelican Restaurant in the month of November.
- Second Prize receives a Gift Certificate for 4
- Third Prize receives Gift Certificate for 2
